Kathleen Kriete - Fort Lauderdale Beach Real Estate Agent

In the early 70´s, I fulfilled a childhood dream of becoming a Flight Attendant for National Airlines and began, what would become, a lifetime of traveling for business and pleasure.  After marrying and becoming a mother, another dream fulfilled, I went to work for a data communications company and grew up with the business that became a $300million worldwide networking company.  The company and my family moved 20 miles north to Ft. Lauderdale in 1981.  My jobs included training, marketing, management and national account sales; always working with people and taking pride in helping them achieve their dreams.  After 15 years with Racal Data Communications, I achieved another goal of running my own business.  My sister and I started, owned and operated a nationwide Credit and Collection Agency, representing many of the clients whose networks I helped to build.  After 8 years of building and running a successful operation, we sold the business for a profit to our competitor. 

My son was very busy in his Real Estate business and asked me to come to work with him to be his Assistant.  Of course I said "yes" and haven´t looked back!.  We have owned investment properties, purchased and sold homes and several pre-construction condominiums, as well as a condo-hotel unit.  My focus in Real Estate is the luxury resort, primary and second home, retirement or vacation condo in Ft. Lauderdale Beach and Downtown Ft. Lauderdale.  My expertise is being able to communicate and understand what my clients need and want and being there through the entire process.  With the help of my most supportive brokerage, GALLERIA COLLECTION OF FINE HOMES, I continue to be one of their Top Producers.  I take pride in developing long term relationships with buyers and sellers.  My business continues to grow as a 'Referral Based Real Estate Business´; and more than 95% of my real estate transactions have been a result of those referrals and repeat business.  

In 2007 my husband and I moved on the New River in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale.  We have always enjoyed the activities, restaurants and parks and now we are able to walk to all of these places.  Our dogs are enjoying the walks as well.  Prior to this move, we spent over 3 years living on the ocean in Ft. Lauderdale Beach, a dream that we both shared and worked hard to achieve.  We love the ocean and boating, but our real love is playing golf.  We have been members at Lago Mar Country Club since 1988 and have traveled extensively playing golf with friends and family around the globe. 

In 2005, my son and daughter-in-law gave me the best gift of my life Madison, my granddaughter.  When I´m not working, I am with Madison.  BUT I HAVE PLENTY OF TIME FOR YOU!!!
